We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Administration Officer in the field of Freight Forwarding. As a Sales Administration Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our sales department and providing support to our sales team.

Your responsibilities will include managing and maintaining sales reports and databases, preparing sales analysis and presentations, coordinating with clients and suppliers, and assisting in the preparation of sales contracts and quotations.

To excel in this role, you will need strong communication and organizational skills, as well as proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office applications. Experience in the freight forwarding industry will be highly regarded.
