Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Enter data into the company’s software systems.
- Process orders.
- Communicate regarding estimated time of delivery (ETD) and stock status.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to solve sales-related concerns.
- Handle document filing as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education of SPM, Graduate Diploma, or equivalent.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Previous work experience is preferred and advantageous. Fresh graduates are also welcome.
- Mandarin speaker preferred. Cantonese is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM3,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
