Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Enter data into the company’s software systems.
  • Process orders.
  • Communicate regarding estimated time of delivery (ETD) and stock status.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to solve sales-related concerns.
  • Handle document filing as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum education of SPM, Graduate Diploma, or equivalent.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Previous work experience is preferred and advantageous. Fresh graduates are also welcome.
  • Mandarin speaker preferred. Cantonese is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM3,200.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
