Job Description
Transmatic Automotive Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly organized Sales Admin to manage daily customer service needs while adhering to SST procedures. Key responsibilities include scheduling service appointments, promoting services and spare parts sales, and addressing customer complaints to ensure high satisfaction levels.
The successful candidate will coordinate with Mechanics/Foreman on work status, provide timely feedback on customer inquiries, and remind clients of appointments one day in advance. Proactive updates on spare parts status are essential.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary ranging from RM1,700.00 to RM2,00.00 monthly. Benefits include health insurance, meals, and opportunities for promotion.
