Job Description
Develop and maintain strategic long-term relationships with high-volume clients
Research customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions
Ensure timely product delivery and handle customer inquiries
Resolve complaints effectively and gather feedback for improvement
Identify and pursue new client opportunities
Track key metrics, create reports, and stay updated on industry trends
Prepare invoices, collect payments, and provide detailed reports to clients
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 – RM2,00.00 per month
Schedule: Day shift
Education: Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience: Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
