Job Description

• Responsible for receiving and processing purchase orders via WhatsApp and Telegram.
• Responsible for issuing invoices and sales transaction bills.
• Verify orders, customer personal information, and payment details according to procedures.
• Contact customers by phone to address inquiries and obtain order information when necessary.
• Update sales and customer records.
• Compile and report monthly sales reports.
• Handle and manage customer feedback.
• Identify new products to add to the offerings.
• Perform daily tasks and follow any instructions from superiors or management.
