Job Description

Smart Screen Asia is seeking a dedicated Sales Admin Executive to join our team. This exciting opportunity is perfect for individuals with strong data management and operations support skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage data entry and sales records, ensuring accuracy.
• Provide daily operational support to the Head of Sales.
• Prepare sales quotations and assist in proposal development.
• Coordinate meetings and manage travel arrangements.
• Communicate effectively with customers and the sales team.

Requirements:

• Proficient in SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.

Job Type: Permanent | Pay: RM3,500.00 – RM5,500.00 per month
