Job Description

QASH QR HOLDINGS SDN BHD is currently seeking a Sales Admin Executive to join our team. As a Sales Admin Executive, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are met and reporting any deviations
  • Updating daily, weekly, and monthly car availability to team members
  • Posting ads and commenting on the social media platform to attract customers
  • Performing basic customer services functions, such as answering questions or responding to inquiries
  • Contacting customers by phone, WhatsApp, or email to answer queries on a timely basis
  • Processing bookings via email, WhatsApp, or phone
  • Issuing rental agreements and sales transaction invoices
  • Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices
  • Verifying bookings, including customers’ personal information and payment details
  • Liaising with the Operation department to ensure timely deliveries
  • Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports (agent payment, host payment, customer refund, sales report)
  • Staying up-to-date with new products and features
  • Identifying new products to add to those on offer
  • Communicating important feedback from customers internally
  • Recruiting Hosts, recording Host information, and updating Host information (acquiring information of the host, details of the car, stamping info)
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
  • Maintaining all policies and procedures manuals
  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks if requested
