Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, handling important documents, and communicating relevant information.
- Ensure adequacy of sales-related equipment/material.
- Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support.
- Process orders accurately and timely, inform clients of delays/problems.
- Monitor team’s progress, identify shortcomings, propose improvements.
- Develop filing systems, maintain sales records, prepare reports.
- Support sales team in final check of presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Manage CMO’s calendar, schedule appointments/meetings, organize materials.
- Take meeting notes, follow up on action items, assist in promotional events.
- Other duties as directed.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Management/Commerce or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years Sales Support/Customer Service experience, preferably in F&B industry.
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good communication, customer service, computer literacy, planning, and management skills.
- Proactive, responsible, organized, able to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving and analysis skills.
- Immediate availability preferred.
