Job Description

Handle customer enquiries, provide assistance to meet their requirements, and follow-up in sales lead.
Able to build good rapport with customers.
Support day-to-day sales activities such as checking incoming orders, maintaining information files and processing paperwork, making quotation, data entry and special order processing.
Providing sales and administrative support involving efficient handling customer’s orders.
Update monthly, weekly or daily sales report required by Superior.
To perform other ad-hoc activities assigned by Superior
