Job Description:
- Handle customer sales enquiries/tender, raise sales quotation & follow up on sales order status, delivery arrangements, and other requirements.
- Respond to customer queries & complaints regarding products in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare Tax Invoices and Delivery Orders.
- Manage logistics for overseas and local delivery arrangements.
- Handle/file sales documents according to company procedures.
- Undertake other related duties as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
Benefits: Health insurance
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Experience: SALES ADMIN: 2 years (Preferred)
