Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support/ Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales department by providing efficient administrative support and maintaining accurate records. The job responsibilities of this position will include:
- Performing general office duties and running errands as required.
- Assisting salespersons in coordinating events and handling sales documentation.
- Preparing training materials, maintaining attendance lists, issuing certificates, and organizing training documents for HRD Corp program application and claims.
- Sourcing event gifts and venues as needed.
- Organizing and maintaining files and records, ensuring effective data management.
Job Requirements:
- Self-motivated with high integrity, highly committed, and able to work independently.
- Skills in Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM2,800.00 per month
