Job Qualifications:
- Diploma / Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
- 1 year working experience
- Knowledge on E-Perolehan system will be an added advantage
- Computer Literacy – words, excel, powerpoint, SQL system.
Full Job Description:
- Support day-to-day sales operation.
- Co-ordinate on customer enquiry and sales team requirement.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team on sales order, pricing & approvals.
- Responsible for the filing of various departmental documents in an orderly & efficient manner.
- Generate sales orders, delivery orders and sales invoices. Acquiring new customers.
