Job Description
PUSTAKA RAWANG – TELUK PANGLIMA GARANG (BANDAR TROPICANA AMAN)
Job Description:
- Ensure that customers are attended to immediately.
- Ensure that the cash register is in order (rolls & ribbon). If there is any faulty condition, the immediate supervisor needs to be informed.
- Ensure sufficient change is being kept.
- Ensure that the correct amount is entered and counter checked with the cash memo.
- Ensure that the balance is returned to the customers.
- Always say ‘thank you’ to customers at all times.
- Thoroughly check RM50 and RM100 bills to avoid fake notes. In the event of receiving fake notes, inform the supervisor immediately.
- Ensure that the cashier counter is attended without fail.
- Immediately return any excess payment made by the customer due to oversight.
- Maintain trustworthiness and honesty in the course of work.
- Keep the cashier’s purse or wallet in the staff locker upon entry for work and do not keep any personal cash.
- Do not give any empty plastic bags to staff or customers.
- Ensure that the POS Terminal drawers are closed immediately upon punching of sales and do not keep them open.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From RM1,500.00 per month, negotiable based on experience.
