Job Description
Job Responsibility
1. Responsible for marketing promotion and self-media operation
2. Provide administrative support to sales teams
3. Support inside sales activities and prepare quotations
4. Assist in preparing Purchase Orders and Sales Invoices
5. Maintain proper filing of documentation
6. Update information into the system and prepare reports
7. Maintain customer relationships and manage sales gallery materials
8. Handle ad-hoc office administrative tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
1. High school diploma or higher in Marketing, Real Estate, or Business Management
2. Prior experience in sales administration advantageous
3. Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
4. Proficient in administrative recordkeeping and Microsoft Office
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
