Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced S2P Business Partner to join our team. As an S2P Business Partner, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers and managing the end-to-end source-to-pay process.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with various departments to identify sourcing needs and opportunities
- Conducting market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities
- Negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable pricing and service agreements
- Managing supplier performance and conducting regular reviews
- Monitoring market trends and developing sourcing strategies to drive cost savings and process improvements
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in procurement and supply chain management, with proven experience in managing supplier relationships and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role.
