Job Description
- Dispatch all cars from branch/yard to another branch/yard
- Arrange cars at branch/yard
- Carry out bank settlement duties daily
- Attend Puspakom, JPJ and government bodies task if required
- Check car in and car out record to ensure all listed vehicles same as physical vehicles
- Identify company vehicles that required parking charges and ensure parking coupon placement to avoid parking summons
- Prepare and keeping documentation for related activities
- Protect company assets and ensure their efficient use
- Discretion with personal and confidential information
- Maintaining a good attendance record
Qualifications and Requirements:
- SPM Qualification: Score a Grade B in both English and Bahasa Melayu
- Must possess a valid Driving License: B2 and D
- Minimum of 1-year experience in Business Support or field related to the job scope
Preferred Skills:
- Documents checklist handling
- Communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 – RM2,00.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ampang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
