Job Description
- Manage day-to-day Record to Report (RTR) performance including various activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls
- Review system entries and produce metrics reporting
- Assist in audit processes and train new joiners
- Work on system and process improvements, develop team spirit
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum Years of Experience: 5 years
- Minimum Years of Management Experience: 1-2 years
- Proficiency in Microsoft AX 2012/ Dynamics 365 preferred
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Proactive and self-motivated
