Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced RTR Accountant (Hybrid) to join our team. As an RTR Accountant (Hybrid), you will be responsible for performing a wide range of accounting tasks, including but not limited to: reconciling financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and maintaining general ledger accounts.
In this role, you will also be required to collaborate with various departments within the organization to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are vital for success in this position. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and possess excellent problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end financial closing process
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- CPA certification is highly preferred
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
