Job Description
1. To coordinate all matters pertaining to the Risk Management for the Hospital.
2. To compile the risk into the risk register and coordinate any matters pertaining to the Risk Register.
3. The secretary to the Risk, Safety and Quality Committee and Disaster Management Committee.
4. To provide reports to the Risk Management Committee as mentioned under the clause.
5. To control changes into the Risk Register when information is received from HOS/UM and/or Risk Management Committee.
6. To update new/amended risks to the Risk Management Committee.
7. To conduct, supervise, and promote internal briefings or training to staffs at the Hospital Level.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Salary: From RM2,00.00 per month
