Job Description
As a Risk & Control Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and implementing risk management strategies to protect the organization. Your primary role will involve evaluating potential risks, developing risk prevention plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Conducting risk assessments to identify potential risks and their impact on the organization
- Developing and implementing risk management strategies and control measures
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of risk mitigation actions
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop policies and procedures that promote risk awareness and compliance
- Providing advice and recommendations to management on risk-related matters
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in risk management or related roles
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance
