Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Revenue Assurance Analyst to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our partners generate sufficient revenue. Your expertise will be pivotal in analyzing revenue streams, identifying potential risks, and implementing strategies to enhance profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze the revenue generation of courier resellers to ensure financial stability and growth.
- Develop and implement revenue assurance policies and procedures to mitigate risks.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of reseller accounts to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve revenue leakage points.
- Provide detailed revenue reports, highlighting trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that drive revenue growth among resellers.
- Offer guidance and support to resellers, helping them maximize their revenue potential through effective use of our software platform.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in revenue assurance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in revenue assurance, financial analysis, or a similar role, preferably in the software or logistics industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM4,00.00 – RM6,500.00 per month
