Job Description
Brandt International Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Retention Save Desk Specialist. This position offers excellent career growth opportunities and a competitive salary package, including a basic salary, sales incentives, and overtime allowances. Successful candidates can earn commissions up to RM 2,500.
Responsibilities include making outbound calls to retain customers, providing exceptional service, and ensuring customer confidentiality. A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is required, along with ideally one year of relevant experience.
This is a 12-month contract position with a pay range of RM 3,00.00 – RM 3,700.00 per month.
