Job Description
- To train all new employees and ensure they are well-equipped with basic knowledge within probation period.
- Monitor the performance of staff and make sure all staff is following SOP in the showroom.
- Work with Assistant Showroom Manager to manage the shift/schedule for staff in the showrooms.
- To be the first point of contact for any complaints or issues arising in the showroom, and report to Assistant Showroom Manager for further action.
- Other than stocks for sales, ensure showroom’s stationeries and other miscellaneous items are always stocked and make necessary purchases or report before they run out.
- Ensure all staff are presentable from head to toe. Discuss with Assistant Showroom Manager and Showroom Manager if any staff need new uniforms, etc.
- Travel to each of the showrooms from time to time whenever necessary or on a rotation basis.
