Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage showroom and stores’ daily operations and sales at Kuala Lumpur International Airports (KLIA and KLIA 2)
- Coach, develop, and motivate team members to ensure their active engagement in achieving the company’s objectives
- Identify and address any arising issues, while demonstrating strong decision-making skills
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM), Professional Certificate or Diploma in any field
- Experience in people handling, business review, inventory
- Have 3 years as Store Supervisor, depending on their prior work experience
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Other skills: Time management, people skills and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: RM3,500.00 – RM4,00.00 per month
