Job Description
As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience, managing a team of retail staff, and driving sales.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and train retail staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Ensure proper stocking and inventory management
- Help develop sales strategies to meet targets
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Work closely with management to implement promotions and marketing initiatives
