Job Description
Position Overview
A store Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily operations of a store, ensuring smooth and effective functioning. Duties include motivating sales teams, implementing business strategies, arranging promotional material, and assisting in training new staff.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise Sales Staff and Training
- Achieve Daily, Weekly, and Monthly sales goals
- Customer service
- Maintain store image
- Assist with inventory handling and store operations
- Analyze store performance and handle customer inquiries
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: SPM, Diploma, or relevant experience
- 2-3 years experience in retail or supervisory roles
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Benefits:
- Basic salary: RM2,200.00 – RM2,300.00
