Job Description
Achieving personal and outlet sales target as set by the Management
Responsible for guide and coach retail sales person on their daily operations, compliance to retail SOP and other tasks assigned
Responsible for day-to-day operation tasks such as sales report, stock take, etc to ensure smooth running of daily operation
Ensure stock accuracy at all times
Welcome customers by greeting them and assessing customers’ needs
Explain, provide appropriate recommendation and perform demonstration on the features of the products to the customers
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
