Job Description
A Retail Sales Representative is responsible for assisting customers in a retail environment and promoting products or services to drive sales. As a Retail Sales Representative, your main duties will include:
- Greeting and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Providing product information, demonstrating features, and answering customer inquiries
- Assisting customers in finding the right products to meet their needs
- Handling cash transactions and ensuring accurate pricing
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor
- Monitoring and restocking inventory as needed
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and customer service skills. Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not mandatory. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
