Job Description
As a Retail Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and managing operations in our retail store. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Your main tasks will include overseeing the day-to-day operations, monitoring and analyzing sales performance, developing sales strategies, and ensuring that the store maintains a high level of visual merchandising standards. You will also be responsible for hiring, training, and evaluating the performance of the sales team.
