Our client, Chrisjac Recruitment Services, is a retail chain store offering consumer electronics and home appliances. They are currently seeking several Retail Sales Associates/Executives to join their team at their main retail outlet in Subang Jaya.
About the job:
We are looking for sporty, outgoing individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service. In this role, you will need to have a good knowledge of all products throughout the store, which include electrical and electronic household products.
Retail sales role & duties:
- Work effectively with team members and management.
- Attend to customers’ enquiries and understand their requirements to deliver excellent sales service.
- Perform daily duties such as cash handling, customer service, stock take, etc.
- Perform stock replenishment and price tagging of merchandise.
The successful candidate profile:
- Minimum qualification: SPM or Diploma.
- Some retail sales experience would be advantageous.
- Customer service oriented, with a pleasant personality and positive work attitude.
- Language/communication skills: Proficient in English (and BM); ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Must be willing to be based in the Subang Jaya area.
