Job Description
We are currently seeking a passionate and results-driven individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Executive. As a Retail Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving sales and achieving targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain excellent product knowledge to assist customers with their buying decisions
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers and promote a positive shopping experience
- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products and services
- Assist in visual merchandising and ensuring the store’s presentation meets company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the team to ensure stock availability
Requirements:
- Prior experience in retail sales or a customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively
