Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate/Executive to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate/Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and maximizing sales opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Providing product knowledge and information to customers
- Handling sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking merchandise
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and a strong desire to achieve sales targets. Prior experience in retail sales is preferred, but not required.
