Job Description
- Position: Retail Sales Associate (Executive)
- Salary: RM 300-400 (Basic)
- Job location: Subang Jaya, Selangor
Our client, Chrisjac Recruitment Services, is a retail chain store offering consumer electronics and home appliances. With an increasing demand for retail products, they are seeking several Retail Sales Associates/Executives to join their main retail outlet in Subang Jaya.
About the job:
We are looking for individuals with a sporty and outgoing personality to work as indoor sales consultants. Candidates must be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and possess the drive and enthusiasm to excel in retailing activities.
As a Retail Sales Executive, you will be knowledgeable about all products throughout the store, which includes a wide range of electrical and electronic household items.
Retail sales roles and duties include:
- Working effectively with team members and management
- Attending to customers’ enquiries, understanding their requirements, and providing excellent sales service
- Performing daily duties such as cash handling, customer service, stock take, etc.
- Performing stock replenishment and price tagging of merchandise
The successful candidate profile:
- Minimum qualification: SPM or Diploma
- Some retail sales experience would be advantageous
- Customer service oriented, with a pleasant personality and positive work attitude
- Language/communication skills: Proficient in English (and BM); ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage
- Must be willing to be based in the Subang Jaya area
