Job Description
You’d be great for this role if you have:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Prior experience in luxury beauty retail will be an added advantage.
- Effective communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Well-groomed with a presentable personality.
- People-oriented and team player with a positive mindset.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Secondary Educational Level
- Experience In Beauty, Skin Care or Cosmetic Product Will Be Advantage
- Willing To Commit Retail Operational Hours
- Good in Leadership and Communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Demonstrate Products and Provide Services to Consumers Every Day
- Operate And Provide Services to Customers from Various Aspects
- Product Promotion by Using Creative and Convincing Sales Promotion
- Ensure Products Are in Order, Clean and Adequate Product Stock
- Send Sales Report to Manager
- Maintain and establish good customer relations by giving prompt, polite, and personable service at all times
- Able to generate and achieve sales target
- Ensure proper presentation of the product
- Attract new customers and keep existing ones by providing excellent customer service and follow-up.
WORKING HOURS:
- 6 Days Per Week
- Off Days: Rotational Off Days
