Job Description
Qualifications:
- Age: 20 – 28 years old, Female candidates preferred
- Proficient in Bahasa Melayu
- Experience in Retail Sales
- Proactive and aggressive in achieving sales targets
- Disciplined and resilient in facing challenges
- Efficient and fast in typing and responding to online messages (WhatsApp)
- Able to create videos for social media platforms (face showing)
- Able to do LIVE sessions on TikTok to promote products
Job Responsibilities:
- Work at a phone shop (Location: Bandar Sri Permaisuri, Cheras)
- Provide service to walk-in and online customers (calls & WhatsApp)
- Promote and sell smartphones and accessories
- Create videos to post on social media accounts (TikTok, FB, IG)
- Do LIVE sessions on TikTok to promote products
- Assist with daily shop tasks, maintain cleanliness, distribute flyers at designated locations, and other related duties as required
- Working Days: 6 days a week, Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays are mandatory
- Working Hours: Based on designated shifts (8 hours/shift)
