Job Description

Job Summary

The Retail Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of retail stores to ensure efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing area managers and store staff, optimizing sales, ensuring compliance, and strategizing for improvement.

General Responsibilities:

  • Achieve operation objectives
  • Driving KPI’s & profitability
  • Work closely with area managers
  • Coach sales team
  • Support store expansion
  • Business analysis & presentations
  • People management & development
  • Liaising with departments for improvement
  • Implement marketing plans
  • Regular store visits
