Job Summary
The Retail Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of retail stores to ensure efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing area managers and store staff, optimizing sales, ensuring compliance, and strategizing for improvement.
General Responsibilities:
- Achieve operation objectives
- Driving KPI’s & profitability
- Work closely with area managers
- Coach sales team
- Support store expansion
- Business analysis & presentations
- People management & development
- Liaising with departments for improvement
- Implement marketing plans
- Regular store visits
