Job Description

1. Provide administrative and sales support to Sales department.

2. Receive telephone calls / enquiries and follow up in preparing sales quotations.

3. Provide product information for customers and attend customer inquiries.

4. Assist walk-in visitors such as customers, architects, and engineers.

5. Observe departmental showroom procedures and execute duties accordingly.

6. Provide administration support, handle business correspondences, coordinate meetings, and take minutes.

7. Collaborate with sales and marketing team to ensure responsiveness to customer requests.

8. Prepare sales & marketing reports.

9. Responsible for other sales support and administrative functions as needed.

10. Update and monitor enquiries from Acolia Website.

11. Monitor software systems for sales tracking and order input.

12. POS System skills will be an advantage.
