Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and performance of the branch.
- Maintain high standards for store appearance, cleanliness, and product freshness.
- Supervise sales promotion and marketing plans and develop in-store promotion programs.
- Train and review staff performance, meet sales goals, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Provide feedback on buying trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Store Manager in Supermarket/Hypermarket.
- Education: SPM/Diploma/Advanced/Bachelor’s Degree.
- Spoken Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English. Mandarin is a plus.
- Ability to work in non-halal and wine departments.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM4,500.00 per month
