Job Description
- Follow up by call or email to customers for renewal and upgrade.
- Assist in event for manage target customer for survey / activity.
- Follow up all leads after event.
- Assist in service center for serving customers in renewal / purchase of products / new sales.
- Assist increase of retention.
- Support all sales activities.
