Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Daily outlet visitation and reporting.
- Manage operations of Retail Stores in KL/Selangor.
- Ensure cleanliness and adherence to display standards.
- Confirm accurate pricing and up-to-date promotions.
- Assist in recruitment and staff training.
- Support retail staff in achieving sales targets.
- Actively participate in sales and marketing events.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in related fields.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Leadership experience in retail management preferred.
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Must have own transport.
Benefits: Basic salary RM2,500.00 – RM4,00.00/month, allowances, KPI rewards, EPF, and more.
