Job Description
We are currently seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Retail Consultant to join our team. As a Retail Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product knowledge, and delivering exceptional service.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
- Ensure the store’s visual merchandising is appealing and products are well-stocked
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly
