ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily operations and performance of the branch.
- Maintain high standard for store appearance and cleanliness as well as product freshness.
- Supervise the implementation of all sales promotion and marketing plans, including all signature programs.
- Working with relevant departments to develop in-store promotion programs to raise customer pool, expand store traffic, and optimize profitability.
- Train and review all staff job performances and promote an effective performance team.
- Meet sales and profitability goals, deliver customer satisfaction, and enhance.
- Provide feedback on buying trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Ensure compliance with all legislative, regulatory, and company policies pertaining to food handling and other food safety guidelines.
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned by the company from time to time.
