Job Description
As a Retail Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales in our store. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product knowledge, and ensuring that the store is clean and well-maintained.
In this position, you will also be responsible for organizing merchandise displays, replenishing stock, and processing payments. Additionally, you may be asked to handle customer complaints and returns in a professional manner.
