Job Description

Venticare Medical (M) Sdn Bhd seeks a Retail Assistant to support shop operations. Duties include assisting customers, managing Shopee/Lazada orders, packing, preparing quotations, invoices and delivery orders (3S), providing courteous service, learning product lines, end-of-day cleaning, filing, and ad-hoc tasks. Requirements: minimum SPM; fresh diploma holders and related experience welcome. Skills: fast learner, good communication, able to work with minimal supervision. Full-time permanent, RM2,00–2,300/month (depending on experience), EPF/SOCSO/EIS, cell phone reimbursement. Working hours 9:00–18:00 with two rotating days off per week. On-site role.
