Job Description
This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the retail pharmacy outlet, providing exceptional service to valued customers while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, attending to inquiries, possessing a thorough understanding of pharmaceutical and healthcare products, monitoring stock levels, conducting regular checks, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining the outlet’s appearance.
Requirements include a minimum SPM qualification or Diploma in any related field, preferably with at least 1 year of relevant working experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong customer service orientation, and ability to work on shifts.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From RM1,500.00 per month
Schedule: Rotational shift
Supplemental pay: Overtime pay
Ability to Commute: Cheras (Required)
Ability to Relocate: Cheras: Relocate before starting work (Required)
