We are looking for individuals who are energetic and have exceptional customer service skills to manage our outlet.
Job Responsibilities:
- To plan, manage, and monitor daily activities on operations from end to end.
- Monitoring operation processes and acting as a decision maker in operational problems that may occur.
- Motivating and managing the team to achieve sales targets.
- Maximizing sales and profit.
- Managing inventory and maintaining stock at an optimum level.
- Provide a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM with or without work experience are encouraged to apply.
- Effective interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Lively, energetic, dynamic individual with a friendly disposition.
- Good working attitude and a dependable team player.
- Able and willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays (OT provided).
- Can start work immediately.
