Job Description
ONE MORE PET (M) SDN BHD is currently seeking dedicated individuals to fill the position of Retail Assistant in our shop. The main responsibilities of this role include:
- Receiving and organizing shop items accordingly.
- Restocking shop items and ensuring the sales floor is organized according to guidelines.
- Assisting customers in locating desired shop items.
- Informing customers of shop promotions to encourage purchases.
- Promoting shop membership cards and explaining membership benefits to customers.
- Performing regular price audits to ensure correct price tags are displayed.
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Processing customer payments using the shop’s Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of shop items to provide advice and recommendations as required.
This is a full-time position, suitable for fresh graduates.
Salary: RM1,500.00 – RM1,99.00 per month
