Job Description
ONE MORE PET (M) SDN BHD is currently seeking a Retail Assistant to join our team. As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our shop. The key responsibilities include:
- Receiving and organizing shop items accordingly.
- Restocking shop items and ensuring the sales floor is organized according to guidelines.
- Assisting customers in locating desired shop items.
- Informing customers of shop promotions to encourage purchases.
- Promoting shop membership cards and explaining membership benefits to customers.
- Performing regular price audits to ensure correct price tags are displayed.
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Processing customer payments using the shop’s Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of shop items to provide advice and recommendations as required.
This is a full-time position suitable for new graduates. The salary for this position ranges from RM1,500.00 to RM1,99.00 per month. Additionally, we offer the following benefits:
