Job Description
• Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and promote the retail centre to achieve profitability objectives
- Solicit new walk-in customers from all possible channels and maintain existing customers’ satisfaction level
- Improve the service standards and customers’ experiences at the retail centre
- Responsible for controlling costs and upkeep the image of the retail centre
- Assist in product sourcing to meet customers’ demands
- Deal with suppliers and compare prices
- Follow up regarding payment and paperwork (price analysis)
- Retrieves merchandise from sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations
Requirements:
- Collect payment using the store point of sale system
- Process returns and exchanges
- Handle financial transactions
- Work towards achieving the sales target
- Collaborate within teams to achieve better results
- Educational Requirement: Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)
- Experience: 2 years in Retail (Required)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,800.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
