Job Description
Be Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Retail Assistant to manage our online store and improve customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Website Maintenance
- Manage daily operations of our e-commerce platform.
- Update product listings for accuracy.
- Troubleshoot technical issues.
Customer Service
- Handle customer inquiries through various channels.
Sales & Analytics
- Generate sales reports and identify improvement areas.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: From RM2,200 per month
